1. Agreement

By using rightaiforthejob.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Right AI For The Job LLC ("we", "us").

2. What this Site is

The Site is an informational directory. It describes what various AI products are built to do, links to their official websites, and records publicly reported information about the companies behind them. It is a starting point for your own research and nothing more.

3. What this Site is not

Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Category ratings describe what a tool is designed for, not the quality of its output. We do not rank models by capability, and no statement here should be read as a recommendation to buy, subscribe to, or rely on any product.

4. Accuracy and currency

Pricing, free tiers, features, and company figures change frequently and without notice. Some figures shown are estimates and are labelled as such. We make no warranty that any information here is accurate, complete, or current, and you should confirm anything that matters on the provider's own website before relying on it or spending money.

5. Affiliate income and independence

The Site currently earns no money. There are no affiliate links, no sponsorship, no advertising, and no paid placement of any kind: no company can pay to appear on the Site, to appear more prominently, or to appear at all.

If that ever changes, any link that pays us will be labelled where it appears, and the footer of every page will say so, before the arrangement begins rather than after. A commission would buy no editorial treatment in any case: not whether a company is listed, which categories it appears in, how it is rated within them, the order results appear in, or what we write about it. We are not otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by any company listed. All company names, product names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only, which we believe constitutes nominative fair use.

6. Third-party sites

Outbound links lead to services we neither control nor endorse. Your use of any linked service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or conduct.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or systematically copy the Site's contents for a competing directory; interfere with or place unreasonable load on the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may of course link to us, quote us with attribution, and use what you learn here however you like.

8. Accounts

Accounts are optional. Everything the Site publishes is readable without one, and nothing about the directory — what is listed, how it is rated, or the order results appear in — changes because you have signed in.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, for the security of the email address it is tied to, and for your password. A password reset link sent to that address lets whoever holds it choose a new password, so treat that mailbox as you would a password.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or to data belonging to another user, misuse or interfere with the authentication system, automate account creation, or use accounts to place unreasonable load on the Site. We may suspend or remove an account that is being used abusively or that presents a security risk.

Saved lists and feedback are a convenience. We do not guarantee that the account features will remain available, unchanged, or free, and we do not guarantee that a saved list, an answer you gave or a note you wrote will be preserved indefinitely. Keep your own record of anything you would be sorry to lose.

You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes your saved lists and your feedback as described in the Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the account features, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to say so in advance.

Nothing in this section affects the commercial disclosure in section 5 or the disclaimers in sections 10 and 11, which apply to the Site as a whole whether or not you have an account.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, design, code, and structure belong to Right AI For The Job LLC. Factual information about third-party companies and products is not claimed as ours.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right AI For The Job LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, or your reliance on any information found here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Right AI For The Job LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of the State of Indiana, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
